  • Financial and Insurance Services ($212 million or 9.5%)
  • Public Administration and Safety ($199 million or 8.9%)

In combination these three industries accounted for $1,131 million in total or 50.6% of the total imports by industry in the Byron Shire.

In comparison, the same 3 industries in New South Wales accounted for 33.5% in Manufacturing; 8.0% in Financial and Insurance Services and 6.2% in Public Administration and Safety.
