Output by industry is a gross measure of the total sales of each industry sector in the City of Mandurah. It does not measure how productive each industry sector is at producing this output - which is measured by value added.

- Health Care and Social Assistance ($855 million or 11.3%)
- Retail Trade ($768 million or 10.2%)

In comparison, the same 3 industries in Western Australia accounted for 12.8% in Construction; 4.3% in Health Care and Social Assistance and 2.4% in Retail Trade.
